Mr. Alexander Cardona is the CEO of Fortune Beast Management LLC. He is an entrepreneur, investor and a seasoned CEO that has taken many companies from start-up to national recognition. As an experienced 25+ year professional, he has held key leadership roles in a variety of areas, such as sales, business development, organizational management, and operations. His experiences span the credit, insurance, healthcare, regulatory compliance, and auditing sector industries among many. Before joining Fortune Beast Management, Mr. Cardona served with OneShare Health as Founder, Board Member, and Chief Executive Officer. He led its growth from the inception of the organization to respected national recognition and $180 Million in annual revenue in just two years. Today, Mr. Cardona leads a team of highly qualified business executives that focus on managing, guiding, developing, and scaling small to medium size companies to achieve explosive growth.  

Mr. Tom Palmer is the CFO of Fortune Beast Management, heading up all finance and accounting functions for the company while also providing financial direction and structure for affiliates and partners.  He has served in finance leadership roles over the past 30 years for a variety of companies in several distinct and diverse industries over the past 30 years. After beginning his career and earning the CPA designation with leading international accounting firm, KPMG, Mr. Palmer took on increasing levels of financial responsibility with companies including Turner Broadcasting, Intercontinental Hotels, the Atlanta Housing Authority and Flock Financial, LLC. He brings the financial leadership experience to drive growth and help ensure security for the assets under the company’s oversight.

Mr. Josh Marx is the CMO of Fortune Beast Management.  He leads all marketing efforts for the company, in the areas of digital, traditional, and design.  He has over 21 years of marketing experience, with 16 of those years leading marketing teams as an executive.  Mr. Marx has also overseen and been involved in areas of sales, business development, video production, and IT over his career.  He has worked in an array of different industries such as manufacturing, health and fitness, advertising, direct sales, and events, just to name a few.  As his time as a marketing executive, he has built marketing teams from the ground up, from 3 – 20+ people while also increasing revenues in the 9-figure range in 6 years.  Mr. Marx  has continued to educate himself in the areas of marketing throughout his career, making his knowledge of the latest marketing trends and concepts second nature.  He has a passion for building high impact and efficient marketing teams, while growing each individual, personally and professionally.
